In theory it seems a good app however nothing could be further from the truth. The councilors are inexperienced to say the least and have no idea how to help. I can't give you advice on what to do to help yourself, but I can say do not waste your time here, you will hang up more disheartened than before you called. Tellvyoir employer to use a different service there are many more out there.
